How do I cancel or reschedule my class?

Cancellations and rescheduling are managed through your bookings on the Studio 34 website or app. Cancel more than 24 hours before class and you will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur a late cancellation fee or the loss of the class credit, depending on your membership type.

Can I pause my membership while I'm on holiday?

Yes. You can pause your membership for 2 weeks to 2 months, twice per calendar year. Let the studio know in advance and billing resumes automatically when the pause ends.
