Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that lets you move with ease. We recommend grip socks for extra stability on the reformer, and a water bottle is always a good idea. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and get set up.

How do I cancel or reschedule my class?

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled directly through the app, just head to your bookings and make the change there. As a small team, we're not able to manage cancellations over email, so please make any changes through the app rather than messaging us.A quick reminder on our cancellation policy: cancel more than 24 hours before your class and you won't be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, will result in a £10 fee or the loss of that class credit, depending on your membership type.

Can I pause my membership while I’m on holiday?
