About the event
The evening will begin with a 30 minute Lymphatic Workshop by @skin.sculpt.studios to support flow
Followed by a STRONG reformer full body class with Hannah to build strength
Finihsed with a 30 minute Meditation and Breathwork with @suzieabood to slowdown and reconnect
End the evening with smothies by Grounded Cafe and gift bags by Look Fantastic!
